PS4 - Audio problem on all character voice

Hello,

I got my copy of the game and since the begging there is an audio problem with all voices whe you start a dialogue.
No sound comes off and when it comes, it is very very low. No matter how loud the tv ou sound system is, stil cant hear anything (unless there is complete silence everywhere, then you can hear the conversation).

When you are walking on the city and etc all the sounds works just fine.

But films and conversations, nothing.

Anyone knows anything abou this ?

I'm having the same issue. Is your's download version from PSN? Not sure if it's only affecting download version. Rebooting the system fixed it but mine came back after I put the system to sleep.

Yeah I just encountered this one. I launched the game after starting the download for the "Where the Cat and Wolf play" DLC. I noticed during the loading screen that Dandelion wasn't narrating the story.

I'm playing off the disk, so not the downloaded version.

All cutscene and direct dialog with NPCs is silent except for atmospheric sources. Everything else appears to be fine.

I just tried another game, Batman Arkham Night. And I have the same problem there. I hadn't played it at all until tonight, so after downloading updates and DLC I started a new game. The voice over and the voices of the waitress in the opening were missing. So one of the audio streams/channels (I guess?) crashed.

I rebooted the PS4 and started Batman Arkham Night and retried. Problem fixed there, I'll try the Witcher later tonight and post back.

So try rebooting.

Super Low-Voice Sound Volume Issue - Solved case
Problem Solved on my side, using TV: Sony Bravia (4 HDMI ports/channels); Playin PS4-Witcher 3:
I had the very low sound coming from voice-during-one-to-one-conversations in-game(& Geralt's voice all the time). It was because of my TV-sound setting on my HDMI channel that was set on some 'audio-device' option instead of 'headset' option. So, the sound was stereo and not surround, that's why the voice volume was super-low. Do verify your TV sound settings.

I usually play with my headphones with virtual surround, no problem there.

Then I hooked up my surround sound to the ps4 and started playing the hearts of stone expansion pack. At first the dialogue worked fine with my ps4 set to optical out, dts bitstream - and my receiver set to surround sound. All of a sudden I tried to talk to someone in the game and all I could hear was some kind of low frequency coming out of my subwoofer, every other sound was fine.

I got the dialogue to work if I set my receiver to 2 channel, but then the sub doesn't work with that. I also got the dialogue to work by switching my ps4 settings from dts bitstream to linear pcm, but when I do that I get no digital surround sound. So now I'm stuck playing the game with sub-par audio quality which really pisses me off.

Please tell me how to fix this cd projekt red, thanks.
