PS4 - Can't make more bombs?

PS4 - Can't make more bombs?

Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't make any more bombs. I'm playing on PS4, and I've used all the bombs in my inventory, but when I try to make more it says "You already have that item"Maybe I'm missing something big here but I need one to flush out the monster I'm trying to kill and this is keeping me from progressing.Thanks!

Same problem on the pc version. Drop the bombs, then you can craft more of them

My bombs have been replenishing on their own I think they might replenish with dwarven spirits when you meditate. I don't know for sure.
