I've had this bug with Dolamain car in the Glenn where I was looking at the car and still nothing would happen, and still after the patch 1.04 the bug still exists. Reloading doesn't help, even when I'm destroying his car he just sends me a message that I should stop doing that but nothing pops out related to the quest.
