PS4 Gamebreaking Bug in "Play it Safe"

I just defeated Oda for the 13 time. After that Takemura calls me and just keeps looking at me, saying nothing.

I tried:
Earlier saves
Reinstalling
Leaving the area (which seems to be impossible)
Switching missions
Phoning someone (also impossible)

Attached is a picture of where I should jack in but can't since Takemura didnt order me to do so and instead decides to creepely look at me.

I am 50 hours into the game, finished all side quest so far and would hate to restart the game just because of this.

If anybody can help me... thank you!

Hm, I completed the quest recently on PS4 and did not experience a problem here, strange.

I would recommend clearing cache as suggested here:

I have no idea what might have caused this issue. Jacking in is really not possible?

Also sometimes it‘s better to not rush it - so perhaps wait a bit longer after defeating Oda and then slowly move to the access point?

Other than that, did you try switching weapons?
Maybe even try switching V‘s mods (no idea if something is actually able to cause a bug here...).
