PS4: Lagging/Stuttering

So, I have seriously problem.. everytime when I walking over the world, for example on horse, I get stutter/ not smooth picture, as skipping or something.. I get it also sometimes when I just running around..I try replace HDMI cabel, but it didnt fixed. I have full HD Philips monitor.. I m definitely dont know how to fix it.. Help me CD project

Seems to be an issue with the game as people are reporting it on all platforms. Hopefully it gets fixed otherwise I doubt I'll even bother to play its, too distracting.

If its the problem I think your referring too I was having that issue till I found a solution that worked for me. When running or walking every few frames it appears the game skips a frame causing what appears to be a jerking movement. I have the PC version and everything at ultra. I'm not sure if you can do this on the consoles but I locked my FPS to 30 and it fixed the issue for me. If i put it back on 60 the issue returns. So if you can try that and see if that helps you.

Same issue in places on Xbox One. It isn't a consistent issue, but it's aggravating nonetheless. I'm hoping they fix the game-breakers that have forced me to restart the game twice before they fix stuttering though.

HAve this, too on PS4, but it seems to be on all platforms................. If it's this stuttering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROndJlnoRTw then it's well known in the community. It will happen most vividly when turning the camera slowly, less when turning it moderately, not at all (mostly) when turning it fast. It will also happen less when the game takes over the camera, like on horseback riding and only changing the direction of the horse, and (almost) goes away when riding and holding the canter-button (X).....

Same issue here on ps4 but I noticed something in the controller sensitivity option.....when you adjust the slider up or down from default you get numbers like 10 11 12 13 14 15 ect...but every so many numbers you'll get a crazy number like say instead of 6 you'll get 6.9999999999999, give it a try, maybe this has something to do with this camera stuttering....I have patch version 1.01 PS4

I'm also having this issue on ps4. It really takes you out of the game. Here's to hoping it gets patched.

Someone commented on one of my youtube vids about it.
I got an email notification about the comment and it read: "Same here... patch is on the way".
So I went to the vid, wanted to ask where he heard about the patch... and found out that youtube cuts off comments in their notifications, since the whole comment read: "Same here... patch is on the way... I HOPE!"
Darn...

Also, it seems the only way for me to use linebreaks or editing my posts, is using chrome on my mobile phone...

Yeah, it's happening to a few people across all platforms, while many others claim they don't experience it.
Might be frame rate or pacing, might be a controller bug (although I tried it with a PS3 controller on PS4 via dongle and got the same issue, just as it's still present on the PS Vita during remote play).

Yes... seeing as it affects all versions, it's a pretty big issue. The only distinction is that some people seem to not be perceptive to or care about it. 30fps is already a lame frame rate, but 30 fps with terribad framedrops... Just no.

It could be lovely game with only framedrops but this is terrible laging, what we get.. and still no reply from Poland.

yes, its bad...i´ve got it to...i already post on every thread about this cause is really annoying...i stop playing the game. I want to enjoy this awesome experience and this beautiful open world but with this stuttering is impossible, at least for me cause i like to view all the environments and details, looking around in a slow pace when walking or even riding the horse and it´s impossible like this
