PS4 patch 1.03 - Game crashes anytime I try to load a save other than the Autosave slots

Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix in the works?

[Update] After reading up on the forums, I loaded up an old Autosave, finished the high-level Ekimarra side quest, and saved the game OUTSIDE of Novigrad. My manual save now loads!

Thx for the reply! I did leave the Ekimarra quest unfinished b/c I'm too low level so maybe that is the issue or maybe it's that the saves are in Novigrad? I'll have to check it out later. Thanks!
