PS4 Sign In Not Working, Stuck on "Please Wait"

Hey there! I'm trying to sign-in to my CD PROJEKT RED account on PS4 to claim the in-game rewards and use cross progression. However, it doesn't appear to be working. The login process is stuck at "Please Wait..." despite being able to successfully scan the QR code and log in via phone/PC. I am able to successfully log in via PS5 and PC, using cross progression without issue there. This issue seems to be localized to the PS4 at the moment.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

EDIT: This is for Cyberpunk 2077.

Not familiar with Playstation, but you can take a look here and if it still doesn't work, I suggest to directly contact the support ("contact us" button).

I have the same problem. I want to transfer my save from PS4 to PC, but after using the QR code to log in on PS4, it gets stuck on 'Please wait' and doesn't connect to my account. Any solution?

Same here. It was fine two weeks ago but failed yesterday.
