[PS4] Various bugs and performance issues
During cutscenes NPC's or Geralt himself will "float" when walking about, be it an NPC towards Geralt, or Geralt walking away. Once or twice an NPC has gone into T pose while moving, gliding across the screen.
Clouds will at times not even render in. Loading a previous save will fix, or not fix the issue. Restarting the game has the same effect. Loading a save that had this bug seems to remain, and loading a save where this bug was not present has more success of resolving.
White Orchard remains the only area in the game where the frames are consistent and remain @30FPS (Aside from cutscenes) Pop-ins also happens far, far less in this area. Once you leave Orchard the game is no longer consistently @30FPS. Some areas are much worse then others.
During cutscenes, usually specific ones that cover a large area have terrible pop-in.
Majority of the game after Orchard becomes unplayable due to frame issues. Loading a save, or restarting the game can resolve my game from literally dropping into the low 20's, making the game COMPLETELY unplayable. This, however is rare (The "FIX" that is, the game itself having frame issues is constant.
The first bug mention is actually quite humourus, though very distracting.

(EDIT POST doesn't seem to be functioning properly whatsoever)
Camera stutter and massive frame drops are constantly hindering the gaming experience. As I mentioned, certain areas are far worse then others. The game as it stands is more or less unplayable. The game struggles to maintain a playable, stable 30FPS and constantly dips. Camera stutter is also constant on horseback. Frames also tend to drop more frequently on horseback.
In villages, inside homes the framerate tends to drop drastically, and then smoothing itself out afterwards.
Have not come across any freezes or game crashes, yet. Although the game will at times hold up for a mere second or two.

The missing cloud bug also seems to be happening far more frequent. After talking to NPCs the clouds completely vanish.

When all bombs/potions have been used they stay in the inventory, or stay equipped, and unable to craft that same item until you remove/destroy said item.
