PS4 version. Help! I can't cast signs at all.

New Game - Really love it except I can't cast signs at all. Not in the tutorial or in the game after. I have restarted, started a new game, powered off the console, tried a different controller - currently considering uninstalling / reinstalling. Any other suggestions?

Try a different controller port. (Whatever they are on PS4. USB slots?)

I'd save things like uninstall / reinstall for last-ditch efforts. Do you have any issues with other games?

No, the controller works fine with other games, even the R2 button that is my issue here works perfectly on Fortnite, DA:I and Skyrim. Just not Witcher 3.

That's a game glitch that occurs suddenly without any particular reason.

Can you try to load a previous save were your sign powers did work?

Unfortunately signs have never worked. I am going to restart - again - uninstall / reinstall and if those don't work then I am done.

Have you sent this in to CDPR Support? It seems like a very odd bug.

I would make it differently this time around.

Delete the game, and i wouldn't use your existing saves either.

First off, Rebuild the Database of your PS4 console.

After, install your game without being connected to the internet.

Be sure the game has been completely installed on the HDD of the PS4.

Then connect to the internet and download the latest 1.62 (1.60 in game) patch.

Start the game and SKIP the tutorial!

Tell us, if the signs are working this time around.
