Im playing it on ps5 and its a mess.. Crashes all the time with error code Ce-105582-1.. Played several ps5 titles and around 10 ps4 titles on the machine with no crashes, red dead to LoU2 and not a single glich or crash.

Haha that is what I've been doing too!. Fast Travel to checklist locations or missions as much as possible. Not the way to play the game I know...
I've completed every side location activity and took over 30 crashes over last couple of days. Street Cred max level 50 and Player Level 44, so I have been going for 100%.
My friends all have PS5 too and same thing happens.
It is such a shame because the game runs so well! Just these random crashes lets it all down.

Really hope they adress this issue ASAP.. Tried the game at friends with ps5 last couple of days and its the same issue.. 1-2 hours of play and it crashes... testet on 4 machines.
Yea I handle graphical glitches or performance drops. I just don't like reloading the entire game and then at random my menu settings are reset again like sensitivity etc. Another annoying bug.
You should see the idiots on twitter.
- People are giving bad advice like "Upgrade to PS5" to solve all problems. Well no it doesn't stop the crashing, all it does is give same resolution as PS4 Pro enhanced but at 60FPS instead.
- Someone on Twitter said if you replace PS4 hard drive with SSD internal or use external SSD it solves the crash problem and you get better frame rate lol. Well no that only improves area loading time and not in game FPS performance.
If they can't fix the problem then ideally they need to add in next update real time auto saving literally every 5 secs. My own quick saves are more reliable than their auto save at the moment.
I finds so far turning off everything graphics section in the settings I've played 5 side missions so far with no crashing I'm playing on ps5
I love how this "apology" basically amounts to "Yea, we deliberately lied about performance and quality and also prevented console reviews until the last possible second. We know people have been railing against us and we're going to try to placate them with whatever goodwill we still have left, but we're only going to mention the BASE consoles even though these issues plague EVERY edition, even the PC to some degree. We probably knew the game still wasn't finished so we're gonna keep working on it even after promising not to work our developers to the bone. Making our 2010 game relatively more playable is gonna take a few months considering we released an Early Access game. Have a good one"
I can't talk for the ps5 cause i don't have one. But for me, a old trick helped with the crashes on my ps4 system.
Before my game crashed about every hour. Now i can play longer sessions with no interruption. Maybe on ps5 you can try the same if the servicemenu works like the ps4 one. Turn of your console, then turn it manually on (finger on the sensor) till it beeps for the second time.
In the servicemenu select the point rebuild your database.
It will rearrange the data on your drive so that they will not be ripped apart on your database wich makes it easier for your system to read an play the games.
Worked for me in the past with big games and also worked for me with cyberpunk.
Had no crashes since i rebuild it.
Hopefully it will help a few people here to enjoy the game more.

Please feel the sarcasm. I'm playing it on PS5 as well, and got these crashes with the mentioned error code in random time intervals.
Ahh yes "rebuild database" not something I ever had to do on PS5 yet as other games work fine.
I've done this earlier anyway to see. The rebuild menu said "Few hours" but it took less than one min to finish, which is very strange.
Still crashed after 4hrs whilst in just the inventory screen.

Do you guys delete useless occupied save slots regularly?

I had the same issue both on PS4 and PS5. In fact, I had 3 crashes on both consoles. Its so fucking inconvenient! Plus, I did had the 1.04 patch update installed. If this issue keeps recurring, I might ask for a refund.
Sorry CDPR, you gotta do better than that.

I'm not sure if what you did for PS4 will work on PS5. I do have both but I'm going to test your theory.
So, im back after 3 days of cyberpunk crashing on my face...
Im still getting crashes... Its so often that i already know when its gonna happen... Start the game, count about 40 minutes and go drive, 80% chance itll crash... Every 10 minutes more, increase 10% more chance...lol
Walking in a new area that u just teleported to, also crashes after that times...

It also crashes for me. On ps5. Every two hours. I'm ready to play with the current graphics and bugs present. I think the game is worth it. FPS keeps stable 60 for which thanks to the developers. Well done. But please, no crashes. From crashes, the game becomes unplayable. For me
It is really depressing to play it like this. Bugs/glitches I don't mind as they can fixed over time and can at least continue to play the game.

If they can't fix the crashes then at least make the auto save more regular after event consistently or let us use touchpad for quick save as workaround to save progress.
