Trying to finish the Psycho Killer mission but when I go to Regina. No dialog box pops up at all... Has anyone else run into this issue?
You don't even have the dialogs in blue ?
like "speak me about Watson" or about Max (if you did this GIG)

Negative, walk up to Regina and get no type of dialog at all. I have rebooted, slept at the apartment, I can call her and speak to her that way, but when I go to her, nada.

Normally, she always have those blue dialogs lines.
I really don't know how to solve that and the cause of this bug.

Update! I found a work around. If anyone runs into this issue. Call Regina from downstairs, and then keep the conversation going while you go into her building and up the elevator. Walk up to here and the call switches right over to the normal dialog.
