Launch stream starts at 9pm CEST which is in 5 hours and 40 minutes.

It's kind of disappointing that recently CDPR has been very non-informative with their news announcements. I realize they're on a tight schedule and such but if there's a reason they don't want to share the exact hour of release they should at least communicate it properly. I feel they've been very open in the past, but recently there's a trend going away from that, at least on the Gwent front.

Umm they have been very informative. But I get what you're saying, the release time is a little cryptic. But if we go by the stream launch, it is as I said above at 9pm CEST

They do? Why is that? I see no reason why they HAVE to do that at all. I think you're confusing open beta with full release
