Apologies if this is the wrong place to put this query but I can't find anywhere else.
For some reason I can no longer make purchases from Shupes shop which involve financial transactions. Whenever I do I get the message 'To use this feature GOG Galaxy must be running in the background. Please launch GOG Galaxy and try again.' I've checked that GOG has been launched and have been able to make purchases from GOG but I still can't access the content of Shupes shop.
I raised a ticket on this issue with GOG and was advised to check that overlay was enabled (I had already checked and it was, I sent a screenshot). I was also provided with a list of games and other applications which could interfere with the purchase process. I didn't have all but one of these and I had had that from a time when I had been able to make purchases (pre-2024).
Has anyone else had similar problems and if so advice on a fix would be appreciated. I've been playing GWENT for a few years now and do like to enhance the game by making shop purchases from time to time. Thank you.
