Put disc into PS4.. Nothing happens!

Hi guys I bought it today, put the disc in, the game tile doesn't appear, nothing adds to the download list, just nothing happens? I searched the forums but could'nt seem to find this exact problem, mainly the problem seems to be infinite loading screens, any ideas?

There is either 2 problems:
1- yours ps4 doesn't read the disc
2- the disc itself is malfunctional
Try getting back to the store where yo brought the disc from, and try it there. If it doesn't work then it should be replaced with a new one. If it did work, then your ps4 might need to be checked.

Well, before doing all those stuff, try powering down your ps4, eject the disc, check for updates, and re-try loading the disc again.
If nothing happens, then do what I said previously.

I had exactly the same problem, but it was happening with other discs too. So I realized that it began just after I updated my PS4 to the latest firmware. What I did was reinstall the PS4 update from the console's safe menu.

If you tried it on other disc then it must be a hardware issue. Is your firmware the current ones? Try updating first then try safemode and rebuild database, this wont delete any of your settings and games as well as saved files it is merely cleaning or defragmenting your hard drive in your PS4 it might help fixing the issue as well.
