Put Skippy in the Stash!!!

Why would you give a gun that scales to your level back to anyone?

My Skippy mission seemed to bug out, I still had the "undiscovered" mission marker on map even after picking up and interacting with/equipping the gun, so no idea what I'm supposed to do with him other than occasionally let him shoot a load of civilians and get me in trouble whenever I equip him

Why would you give a gun that scales to your level back to anyone?

Cause after you tell "Skippy" that you are not going to give him to his owner he starts sabotizing you.

My Skippy is enjoying the process of being reloaded a little TOO much I sadly can't put him into my stash's showcase neither tho...

Which is a real shame
