Quest: Beat on the brat - gameplay issue

How the hell am i mean to do these, when he defeats me with about 3-4 hits when i have 315 hp and i barely do any damage to him. Plus blocking does nothing. I tried and Arroyo still did a shit load of damage to me. This game is just a huge joke

Get the legendary gorilla arms, you can
1. get them by buying them
2. get them by finishing the game
After that buy the legendary bleed mod for the arms from Nina kraviz
Get a bunch of bully mods and stack them 4 at least(Random loot bs).
now do a quick save before each fight
Use strong attacks only and try not to run out of stamina, you will constantly stagger the opponent.
Now you should be able to win without much trouble.

Razor the last opponent from the last fight is enhanced animal and the toughest enemy in the game, good luck

Now go make Vik proud choom.
