How do you complete man i can't complete it i put Axii on horse and he follows me.But i don't know where to go.There is one peasant standing in front of the inn but he is not talking.Any help appriciated!
You are not supposed to do anything to the horse.
If you follow the horse, you will find that it ran off to its original owner.
Talk to the guy and finishing the conversation will complete this quest.
However, like Chareq wrote, this quest remains in Quest menu and not completely "Completed."
