[Quest Bug] The Soldier Statuette

So the marker is telling me to go to Triss who i have located, only to engage in dialog, she tells me it needs to be decompressed, but doesnt allow any further dialog, only selecting goodbye which doesnt advance the quest any further

get into this bug too, the soldier and the noble quest has same route to Triss so its might be the cause of bug
