The quest "Temerian Valuables"

It requires the Temerian Lily Key

But the chest in the Quest zone (confirmed by youtube videos on this quest) do NOT shine red. Even though the key is in the inventory. D=

Encountered the same error, I can receive the items (I think? Plans for the two Viper Swords right?) but the quest doesn't complete.

Chest can't be reopened, just stuck at "Unlock" http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=445303872

I had this as well. Just had to load an old auto-save (luckily there was one just before you fight the deserters outside the hut). Finished them off, went downstairs and made sure it was red before opening it. Completed fine after that.
