Quest builder for W2

I know this has been asked a few times, but since the release of W2 2.0 does it seem possible that we would get a quest builder like 1? Or do you think the engine used in 2 is too complex to be easily made user friendly via a creator program?

I barely know anything about making maps and things and I found the builder for W1 to be pretty easy to follow. (for the most part)

The developers have said that a construction set may be released, when or if it is practical to do so.

I have thought for some time that many of the important elements are not readily editable property files, scripts, or images (some are, but many are not), but rather something like serialized C++ class objects. If this were true, a construction set might have to include a significant amount of C++ source code and require a non-free commercial compiler.

First, you mean an SDK or software development kit =P
Second, CDPR has mentioned something of being interested in getting this out but has never said anything concrete.

Unfortunately, if it was coming out, it'd be out by now.
