Quest ending bug I really want to stay at your house

I'm supposed to meet River at my apartment in the Megabuilding but the apartment is no longer available. It does not show on the map any more, and when I go to the Megabuilding, the elevators are blocked off and there's no way to get upstairs.

This ends the romance quest. There is no apartment in megabuilding to go to, so romance screwed up. That's it. It's fatally bugged.

For this to be happening so long after the update is INEXCUSABLE. Get your act together.

I am running the game on Steam Deck, no mods.

This ends the game for me. Never play it again, never recommend it. And this is coming from someone who loved the game five years ago and defended it.

Extremely annoying and as far as remember, it's the first time I heard about an issue like this
Even the tp point near the apartment is unavailable?
Just to be sure, you never used mods on this save?
If you didn't, I really recommand to directly send a ticket to the support ("contact us" button) because it could be a very rare bug and/or a bug which only occure on Steam Deck.

Be sure to send this into CDPR Support. If it's doing that on a vanilla run (never been modded), you will certainly not be the only person frustrated by this.

I'm on PS5 and I cannot do anymore "dates" with Kerry, the only option I have on the phone is Panam. Any advice is greatly welcomed for even though I am 27, I'm no techie and my save started all the back when I had my PS4 and I started on patch 1.5 then did the free next-gen update so my save is currently at 2097 hours at 78% for trophies so I don't want to start over but if I have to then I will.

If you didn't, try to clear the cache in case.

1. Power down your console. Do not enter Rest Mode.
2. Wait for the lights on your PlayStation to turn off completely and unplug the power cable.
3. Wait minimum 2 minutes.
4. Plug the power cable back into PlayStation and turn the console on.

But yeah, older your save is, more likely you could encounter issues. And from what you say, yours is pretty old and passed through tons of updates & changes since your started it.
