Quest: Of Dairy And Darkness - Possible Bug?

Hi Guys, I need a Help about Of Dairy And Darkness quest, because i can't complete it.

Look this picture:

The two objectives missing, i already make (Look with Witcher senses a circle and open and enter the portal), but the objective not complete.

Before i received this quest, i searched the area to take a Enhanced Feline Armor Diagram quest, so i enter on dungeon and completed. When a received "Of Dairy And Darkness" quest, almost all objetives were complete, unless these two.

In my case Seach Aeramas residence remained incomplete till the very end, got done when the quest was totally complete. But "use artifacts to open portal" should be complete once you apply lizard and jay figurines to pentagram.

Exactly, I've seen videos about this Quest and make all need to complete it, but nothing happens
