Question about certain dialogues
Hello everybody. I hope this is the right place to put this thread.
I have a doubt about some kind of conversations in TW1. Sometimes the player can choose between two, three or more topics to discuss with another character, but upon choosing one of those options, the other becomes unavailable.
In other words:
Let's say in a conversation we have topic A and topic B to choose between. If we choose topic A, Geralt will inquire about that first and then we will be able to choose topic B, or he will automatically talk about it. But, if we choose topic B first, Geralt won't talk about topic A, and the option won't appear again.
One example of that is the conversation I had with Gramps after doing The Pilgrimage mission. At some point, I could choose to ask Gramps about Berengar or about another thing that I don't remember right now (perhaps the druids grove or the place were the golem is). If I talk about the second thing first, Gramps will talk, and the Geralt will automatically ask boour Berengar, but if I choose Berengar's topic first, the conversation will end with that, and the other option won't be available anymore.
There were other instances in wich I could see this kind of conversations, although, in general, they weren't the most important ones.
My question is:
Are those kind of conversation made intentionally so we have to choose carefuly (following some kind of intuition, maybe) what we are going to talk about first, or is perhaps some kind of error, or is it something without any importance?
I hope someone knows the answer.
Mny thanks.
