Question about character ability

Question about character ability

First of all thanks to CDPR for such a great game.

Now for the question.
There are four abilities: Aard Sweep (Signs branch), Hightened Tolerance, Refreshment and Delayed Recovery (Alchemy branch) which have a golden border around them.

This border is same as the blinking border around active abilities, but I have not yet put any point into these, so the background colour is still black.
Also, Refreshment and Delayed Recovery are locked for me as I don't yet have enough point in Alchemy branch.

Other abilities don't have this border, can anybody explain what this border represents.

I am playing on PC by the way.

Same for me, also on PC. Probably just small UI glitch, does not seem to effect anything.
