question about witcher 3 side quests

hi i am relatively a new player in witcher 3 and i just havea question... when i will finish the game will i have time after to deal with all the secondary quests???

Some will autofail if not finished before certain points of the main story (you can find lists of such quests online) but most of them will be available even after finishing the main quest.
