Is there an ETA on the RED Kit for the Witcher 3?

I will give you the answer that Anet gave about guild wars 2....

The redkit 2 will be released when it will be ready. I hope for the red kit it will be soon

When the redkit is released, and Witcher 3 gets more mods..that's the moment people are gonna drop out of school, lose their jobs etc etc..
