Quests taking forever to update/finish.

This has been a thing for the past few months (for me at least): Whenever I'm working on a quest, it sometimes takes a good few minutes after a game for it to update or show it's completed. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I was also having that issue.
I just don`t care about it anymore, as it seems the game will be permanently flawed.

Seems like it because now I'm getting a glitch where my daily quest is "win 3 games" and can't be rerolled. Also showing up after finishing all my daily quests, like I have a new quest, but it's not actually there.
