Quickhack Issue

Since i can't yet make a regular thread post here i am. Is anyone else having an issue with suddenly not being to quick hack enemies and tech? Just recently started and now when i hit the tab for my hack options all it does is highlight targets but doesn't give the normal list of quick hacks i would have? What gives?

It always happen ?
Because sometimes (for me at least), the list doesn't appear at first (I have to scan another device to make the list appear on the first one).
Seem weird, but make sure that you have a Cyberdeck installed and not Bersek or Sandevistan.
