I've been playing side quests for a bit and haven't really used quick hacks. Now I need them to progress the main story, and where I'd expect the quickhack menu to be, there's nothing there - see attached screenshot.
Has anyone else encountered this phenomenon and did you fix it?
EDIT: Eh. Forget it, I think: I have a Sandevistan installed, that simply can't host Quickhack apparently
