Quickhacks Dissapearing

After downloading Phantom Liberty I noticed during 'The Heist' Kompeki plaza, then my Quickhacks had dissapeared. I don't use Mods ect. Strangely missing from my inventory too? I noted some other player's with the same issue too (Redit) I tried several suggestions to no avail. Is there an issue or glitch that I'm unaware of?
I read somewhere that XBox one is not supporting Phantom Liberty either?! Which I use. Any idea's. Thanks in advance

No, the last version available on "old-gen" consoles (PS4/One) is 1.63, so Phantom Liberty isn't available because it require the version 2.0+ of the game.
If you don't use mods (and never used because mod data can remain in save file, so uninstalling them or even performing a clean install of the game might not fix issue caused by mods), I suggest to directly contact the support ("contact us" button). From what I know, it's not a common issue.
