(while Wisdom is indisposed I think we should all fill in for him here...)

We are hopeful that Mike will produce a new edition, but in the mean time he is producing Chrome Book 5. There could be an awful lot of stuff in there to plug the gap.

It say's somewhere (was it the R.Tal blog, or even a video), that Max Mike intends to have a CP v.4 out at the same time as the 2077 computer game is released. and to me, it alluded that they're intending to base it on the events from the, dare I mention, CPv.3 but to base the mechanics more around the Interlock system.

I've got everything crossed, and I can't wait until Chrome 5 is released!!

;)

But if you read this thread:

http://www.cyberpunk.net/forum/en/threads/1413-Yes-Occasionally-Mike-Pondsmith-Does-Show-Up-Here

Mike states that he does not have plants for another edition of Cyberpunk as yet.

I had read that topic before, though I mostly skimmed it. This time I paid attention to Max Mikes posts. He doesn't actually say he isn't making another edition, but he also doesn't say he is making another edition. He also refers to the Kickstarter for Mekton, and includes that they don't need a Kickstarter for CP.

Either way, I'm all for more new material from R.Tal for Cyberpunk. Bring on Chrome 5.

:)

Hmmm... I am sure I either read or heard him state there there was no new edition in the pipe somewhere...

This is going to drive me nuts!
