Thank you so much!!!! I was kinda hoping it would have been an in game event though. Like walking through Novigrad and then a giant crowd surrounds the square to see her on the stake. I was curious if project red actually did something like this instead of a still image.

That is actually shown in the game?? If so, thx god i never let Kiera go to Radovid. No one deserves to die like that, i thought burning alive was bad, but that is just gruesome beyond words.
No, she isn't "burned" at the stake. You can see that she was impaled by a stake. Big difference. While being burned at the stake sucks, being impaled would be much slower/more painful etc. Can't imagine a much worse way to go. Glad I sent her to help out later in the game.
Christ that impaling is a little much. They won't show a vagina slit, nearly all nude scenes women throw their underwear back on and in other instances bra too; Ciri never even gets topless w/o console commands, and the sex scenes are staring at overly zoomed-in book cases and scar riddled backs with a quick glimpse of a nipple, but they show her getting impaled from the ass or vagina out her mouth? WTFE. That's the kind of shit the Hillside Stranglers did to one of their victims with a broken broom handle.
Although I don't really need all the other things you mentioned... I agree. Still, it makes sense that Radovid would be that cruel to her. Besides players would probably be already prepared to see her burn at some point and therefore that probably would not be as shocking. This way I'd say you more likely get to regret letting her go so easily. But I'm glad I never got that scene!
when is this suppose to happen? I let her go to radovid and I haven't seen her get burned at the stake? I've already started Deadly Plot and finished Now or Never and someone on one of the Witcher 3 youtube videos said it was suppose to happen around the time of the 'triss decision' because I think there is some dialogue there with Triss as Keira gets burned at the stake but I never got the scene?
