raintexture/effect dissapearing after some time

after some time ingame the rain falling from the sky aswell as the raindrops on the camera dissapear.
the clouds are still rainy, the sound of the rain is still there and i can see the rain splash on the ground and wall textures..

i have to restart and reload the game and its there again...

i think it has something to do with witcher vision - it almost always happend when using it in quests..
hope its an easy fix - takes away from the atmosphere...

GTX970 MSI with afterburner running
intel xeon e3-1231v3
win7 64bit
8gb ddr3 ram @1600mhz

ok i just tested it:
it has nothing to do with afterburner as it keeps happening with it off too...

it always happens when i reload the game!
started game - rain is there everything fine, run around a bit and reloaded the same save
rain is gone ;/

hey CDPR do you want my savegame or something...

people with GTX970 has been reporting this problem...
