RAM recovery/regen not working for non lethal neutralization

I play mostly as a non lethal netrunner build and I've noticed that none of the RAM recovery bonuses/cyberwear triggers on non lethal neutralizations such as system collapse or the T5 sonic shock chain. Non lethal via other methods and lethal damage works fine. System collapse specifically states that "Neutralizing an enemy with this quickhack reduces trace progress by 20%." and this is working, therefore I assume that it should 'count' and meet the criteria for "Neutralizing" an enemy to trigger the RAM recovery effects. A lot of my implants have RAM regen from enemy neutralizing and I installed Memory Boost just to test and sure enough it does not grant extra RAM on K/O via hacking, but takedowns and a non lethal weapons work.

I've searched everywhere for this issue and haven't seen anyone else bring it up at all so I'm wondering if it's either just me having it or if it's just a rare enough playstyle that people don't notice, all tested in version 2.3 for reference

I can't say, I never really played as netrunner since 2.0, so since the entire rework
But if you don't use mods (assuming you're on PC), you should directly contact the support ("contact us" button)
