random decrease of CPU usage, and FPS....

Hi everyone,

I have a big issue witi Cyberpunk...

Config :
i7 - 9700k
motherboard : Z390 Aorus Elite
16 go ddr4
SSD 512 go ( maybe important ? I have a main SSD with OS, and second SSD with CP2077 )
RTX 2070
resolution : 2560*1440

I can play in " correct" conditions with this configuration ( correct because it's not the dream, 30-35 fpx max )
But, sometimes, it's totally random, Usage CPU decrease ( from 80-85% to 20% ), and my framerate decrease 35 FPS to 4-5 FPS !!

When I have this issue, my only solution it's to close and restart the game. Or sometimes, I can get backin normal condition when I click in the task manager, on CP2077, and I chose High priority. But in the most of the cases, I have to reboot the game.

this issue can arrive after 30 seconds or 1h of game, it's totally random.

I tried to update every drivers ( bios, chipset, gpu etc...), windows mode, full screen mode, etc... no solution
Clean everything ( program, ccleaner, etc...)

do you have an idea ?

The game is just broken and most of the issues are weird and defy logical explanations.
