Random FPS drop on PC
Hi i have a GTX 970 and am fully patched on PC running everything at Ultra except Hairworks which is disabled and also Foliage Visibility is set to high.
I can usually get 60FPS or so but occasionally i get a stutter which i can see is a quick drop in FPS by about 5 or so. It's similar to how the console occasionally stutters. I can limit the FPS to 50 in the User settings file and still get the drop. Mainly happens outside in the grassy fields but not always. Anyone else experiencing this?
