I play cyberpunk in 1440p RT/DLSS ON (Geforce experience recommanded settings : RT Ultra, Balanced DLSS) with following setup : R53600X + RTX2080 (460.89).
Game is usually 40-60fps depending on the scene complexity.
I often observe a huge (and permanent) FPS drop to 18-30fps. When this happens, my GPU is still loaded to 99-100%, but GPU fan speed decreases (Meaning GPU is not loaded in the same way ?).
This is a random issue that can occur after 5 minutes or 30 minutes...
My CPU is loaded at around 50-60% in both conditions since 1.05 patch that improve SMT on the R53600X (it was 30-40% before 1.05 patch)
Most of the time, I save, then reload and I recover good performance.
Sometimes, this method does not work and a game restart will fix it.
I don't know if that's a known issue. I initially thought the GPU OC may cause that, so I went back to original frequencies => same behaviour.
