I have a i9-9900k and a 2080ti and 32 gb of ram, if anything else is needed i'll post it. The game after maybe between 2 and 4 hours starts dropping fps like at a half and I know it's not because of the setting because it is running smoothly until that moment on every place of the city. I have been recording a full gameplay so if needed I can cut and upload the bits that happens.
