Random freezing on new computer build

I just finished a brand new build and my specs are:
AMD FX 6350
XFX Radeon R9 270X
8 GBs RAM
128GB SSD + 1TB HDD
Windows 10 Tech preview

TW2 will run for a few minutes and then just freeze. The background sounds still play but i cant do anything, the camera wont move, nothing. It will happen by just letting Geralt stand in place as well as moving. All my drivers are updated and i have run stress tests and never had any issues. TW2 is installed on the SSD with the OS.

The very same thing happened on my setup also. Thought it was due to cpu oc. Gave a little more voltages to the cpu and since it has worked fine.
