Randomally Broken Equipped Gear
This one has rendered the game unplayable. Almost every time I load a save game, one of my equipped items completely changes to a totally unusable item. The only thing I can do is unequip it, and it can't be equipped again. Can't be sold, can't be dropped. Lost quite a few powerful items that way. (2 armors, a sword and even a horse saddle).
