Randomly changing my weapons/unequipping items
Ever since patch 1.10 I've had an issue where Geralt's weapon is randomly swapped out for some other in my inventory. It happens quite a lot, to be quite frank, and it is rather annoying -- you only notice it when you visit the inventory screen, like e.g. when you're fighting enemies and killing them is taking *a lot* longer than it should and then I check Geralt's gear to see that "oh, how lovely! He's equipped a broken grey-quality sword all of a sudden!" A few times I've also had Geralt unequip his gauntlets or boots, but not nearly as often as the issue with my swords.
Is this a common bug or is it just something that's happening to me, for some reason?
