Randomly dying from from little fall damage?

+
I find these bugs hilarious. I haven't died so far but I often lose half my hitpoints at once when I jump on certain items (either up or down). It feels like V stumbles.

I really hope i'm not the only one who has this problem, but sometimes when i fall just a little bit, even a box on the ground that I stand on and walk off of, I will immediately flatline out of nowhere, even when i'm not in combat. There's always what looks like a shock blast when I die like I fell from a great height. This is super annoying and ruins the game for me. It doesnt happen too often, ive had this issue maybe 8 times in 77 hours of game play. I wish i had video of it, Anyone else have the same issue?
Yeah this is something they should have patched but didn't. The way things are going I'm worried it won't EVER be patched. Wish the Devs would reply to us on the forums :(

In my previous two playthroughs I experienced this a handful of times. In this playthrough it's been happening a lot. It's incredibly frustrating especially when I'm halfway through a mission and dying because I stepped over something. *sigh*

Yeah, out in the trash-heaps I died jumping on a trash-bag, later it happened to me in the city as well.

Yes, it happened to me,
First: on the mission to go to where the flying Av ship goes down, in the talking sequence at the landing site I'm standing on the top of the airship and thought I could walk off it to the ground no problem. Nope, as soon as I hit I flatlined.
Thankfully there was a checkpoint there.

Second: just about to break into a large compound after scopiing it out with the Asian guy, I jump onto a 3ft fence by the parking area and I guess I slipped off because i hit the grass below and died.

Are they collecting these bugs? The more I play the game the more I'm shocked how it was released in this state, but I know I'm late to the game so to speak.

There is a couple of ways to stop an object clipping into another object , 1. Fling the object with movement the opposite direction(aka the flying car bug)
2. Full stop the object with movement (this can still cause clipping due to framerate)
3. Kill the object with movement( this is done on V) crysis did the same thing with barrels and seems like most fps that has a body, metro has the same issues.

I sometimes die to random little things too, Its kinda funny.
If by "funny" you mean rage inducing and preventing me from actually playing the game I paid for and can't get a refund for, then sure, it's hell funny. I sure as hell won't play this trash until this is fixed.

Calm down son
He's not wrong, I feel it too when attempting a full stealth playthrough.

This fall damage bug is probably the one thing that ruins the game for me. I want to explore this big beautiful world they built for us but I can't when I know at any moment I could drop dead from tripping over a stone or box.

There's this secondary heart implant.

Quite funny that no matter how hilariously you died, you'd immediately rise up again with full HP restored .

This has gotten way worse with 1.2
I died 4 times in the last 20 minutes by jumping onto something or jumping down minimum hights and crashing into trash or something which results in instant death. This is ridiculous.

yeah there is an obvious problem when landing on unstable( garbage) or uneven ( trying to climb rocks) that it can't properly resolve distance and therefore damage ( if applicable) and many times just bugs out and max damages you ie. ista-kill

I was (am) so p*ssed off because of this bug. Immersively seen you are hardly to strain an ankle by these small incidents. But no, you instantly die!
And it often happens after a while where you haven't saved your game. This is what I see as WASTING MY TIME instead of having a good time.
