Ranking not Updated when Playing Seasonal Games

Hi to everyone (sorry if similar thread already exists) the problem is simple: my ranking is not updated.
I have played several seasonal games but the number of games and MMR is blocked (only the level column is updated). and this happened in the season of the viper, too.

You have to play Ranked matches to increase your MMR. Seasonal does not count.
