Oh hey, I know her! I saw her hanging around Megabuilding 10 near V's apartment.
I assume she'd live someplace nicer if she didn't spend all her cash on cyberware!
#2 if counting from the top, I can't even count how many times I stealth strangled NPCs that looked exactly like her.
I found one like the OP, but she had a dark metallic skin and she was just outside of V apartment.
NPC are generated randomly but there are some templates. I don't think the generation of NPC is completely random. (i.e. 'assembled' from random parts in a list). What determines the rarity of a certain NPC template however it is not clear to me.
Also, I'm I the only one who notices a NPC crawling and sobbing close to a group of three others who are just talking normally? I didn't happen just once. It's pretty common in my game. Whenever there is a group of 4 NPCs talking together, one is always crouched and crying like a little girl!

Hehe, yeah I saw a few of those as well and was always like "Dude, your chooms are like total aholes ignoring you like that!". Wish we would at least have the option to say something nice to them.
(Also little kids usually all cry the same, it's not a gender-specific thing!)

Those are such great poses. Every time I see an NPC sitting casually on some steps or a bench, having a drink or a smoke, I get jealous that V can't do the same.
I ran into this interesting fellow a couple of times in one playthrough - never saw him before or since. On the surface, he's probably not terribly interesting but... I found him, er, dancing to a hang drum busker and everything about it just told a story.
Like, some corpo that literally JUST lost his job and control of his life or something. He feels like that The Good Place quote "Birth is a curse, and existence is a prison."
And when I ran into him the second time, he was dancing again but a little more subdued.

Not really. Considering the low supply, I bet only a fraction of the shots posted in here, or posted in general, were taken on systems with 30-series cards. The visual fidelity will be better the beefier your specs are sure, but I've seen fantastic screenshots captured on console, and low-spec PCs - it's all about the lighting, framing and composition.
Now that I'm here, I'll add to the NPC-collection with this cute couple!
You can get good looking screenshots without rtx, mine for example are all taken with rtx off.
