The option is there, its just greyed out and I cannot do anything to it. Not turn it on nor off. I tried doing this with the mods on vs mods off and its greyed out on both, right after patch 2.3. Please, help me fix this. I have a 4080 Super with up-to-date drivers and this is the first issue ever encountered. It was 100% the patch, and as I just stated, this happens even after launching the game without the mods.

You can also try to perform a clean install of the game in case (be sure the game is on the same drive as Steam/GOG).
