Is it possible to re-visit apartment 1702 (Psychofan Gig location) after gig is completed? There's also passage to rooftop, I like this location?

Sadly, there is not another way to enter. Did you miss Johnny's clothes in the mission?
Im quite sad that many locations are not reachable anymore after you are done with the mission.
I remember the mission where i had to steal something from a person. There was a woman and a man in that apartment and i had to get access to the elevator.
I talked my way in by selling myself as a joytoy who is there to surprise him and he let me through. After i was done with it, i couldnt access the apartment anymore and i was very sad.. Why close these locations?

No, I got pants, yeah. But I like locations like that (given there is such a good viewing place) and I would like to have possibility to visit it in freeroam. Moreover, I see no reason to prevent players from re-entering this, many of main quest interiors are still available after walkthrough.
I hope CRPR will fix that (even if chances aren't good) and few another locations as well

I feel like endgame needed ownership of a mansion, as well an expansion of North Oaks.....
