I apologize if I'm on the incorrect Forum, but my question is simple enough. How do I read books such as the "Dragon Book", or the "Soldier's Orders"? Thank you!!

Open your inventory (I), find it in the Books (if you just picked it up, it should be at the top of the list), and double-click it.
