Really annoying npc bug
I have started to be affected by a strange bug where all my npc characters do not appear. Every time i enter a new town there is at most 2 or 3 characters hanging around and strangely if i meditate, even just for an hour, the rest appear out of nowhere. This even effects places like bandit camps where there is no one around but if i rest i wake up surrounded. This resting fix only seems to work in my general area as the next area i go to is always a ghost town. Anyone else got this bug? For me this is game breaking as the world is empty.
