Reason of State shows failed post 1.08

First of all thank you for the awesomely addictive game.

Just booted up the PS4 and right away I noticed I loaded way quicker. Thanks. However, prior to the patch I showed "Reason of State" completed, now it shows failed; even though all the subparts are green. I know I properly completed this quest.

Once again thank you for the all the hard work with these patches and the awesomeness of the game.

Same thing happened to me. I completed Reason of State and it was in my completed quests log with green checks on everything. But then when I started one of the final missions of the game (On Thin Ice), I got a pop up saying the Reason of State mission is now failed. What happened? Thanks.

Yep, I have the same problem. I completed the quest but it becomes "failed" when i launch (On thin ice)

Same here, finished the game yesterday on PC (version 1.08.4 on GOG) and the quest failed as soon as I started "On thin ice" even though I had previously completed "Reason of state" with all sub-parts in green as stated above.
The ending cinematic is still saying that the mission was a success though.

well known issue, everyone has it. It doesnt actually affect your ending though, if you did the quest and completed it.
