Recording/mastering differences in NPC speech?

+
Am I the only one to notice this? Every now and then I'll be conversing with an NPC and they will say a sentence that's got a very different mastering quality to the rest of their speech. Perhaps different levels of compression & other filters too. This comes across as a sudden but significant change in the perceived volume & clarity of what they are saying.

It makes me wonder whether CDPR had to re-record some of the NPC dialog in a different recording studio. Perhaps even contracting the mastering of that audio using a different supplier to their usual.

I've noticed it a few times (I'd guess between 5 & 10 times so far). Once with Takemura (I forget exactly when) and just now, the Haitian who comes to speak to me in the mission M'ap Tann Pelen, the last line he speaks before he directs me away is very different to his previous lines.

Someone tell me I'm not going mad!
